The instructions were precise and I made 3 reservations out of a possible 10, I only needed 4. I was supposed to receive a QR code with each ticket, but it did not appear. When I contacted Customer Service, they did answer my email, but their response was to resend the instructions I already had despite having explained the above. I searched all the possible answers that existed in the Expo ID and the only consistent one was to go to the Expo Office and it was there where they solved my problem, although it was not possible to make more reservations. Maybe I didn't explain myself well, but definitely answering by sending the same instructions seems to me to get out of the way. In general the service is good.

Spectacular presentation. I was very intrigued and impressed by some of the middle eastern Pavillions. The world is about to change and shift focus to the Asian continent. Such reduced consumption and responsible development is very impressive marker on the new urbanity. Congratulations organisers. The timber errection was so completely unnecessary. Though iconic. I hope you will reuse all the laminated timber. Cheers.

It was interesting: The official Expo 2025 web site did not accept any of my credit cards to buy the ticket. Headout made it at the first attempt. The Expo 2025 itself would need much more time to see everything. One week isn't simply enough.

With a summer or season pass, you can visit the Osaka Expo 2025 multiple times. You can book upto 2-3 visits in advance!

Steps to get access to Osaka Expo 2025

Get the 10-digit alphanumeric ticket ID on your Headout voucher once you download the ticket.

Log in or sign up for a free Expo ID here.

Once logged in, navigate to ‘Additional Ticket Registration’ and enter your Headout ticket ID(s). If you have multiple tickets, you can register up to 10 per account.

Choose your preferred date and time slot on the Expo website to generate a QR code. Save or print this code for entry.

Reserve spots for pavilions and events in advance via the Expo website or app. For groups, you can book slots together to visit at the same time. If you miss pre-booking, you can use the on-site kiosks for last-minute reservations.
