Once purchased the ticket, it should come with a QR code. It should not take further steps to register an account to input the voucher id manually to get the qr code. Especially for foreign visitors that should make it as simple as possible. As a result, I was assisted by the onsite staff to help me activate and print the tickets. It tooks me another 10 minutes at least to get the printed tickets.

The pavalliiins ,the vast expanse the magnitude of the expo ,only we had less time and didn't know we had to prebook the Pavlions I feel the filling of form should be more easy and even if not pre booked pavalliins some easy method shd be there for all to visit

It was nice. But the accessibility was bad. Buying tickets was too complicated. The website was complicated including getting WiFi or a plan of the area. The Reservation process for activities was very unclear so we could not do one. Many pavilions offered only Japanese language so as a foreigner you could not understand anything.
