Headout exceeded expectations and beyond imagination. I was immediately directed to the fast track queue where I sawthe least persons and where I experienced a nominal wait time. The first relief. Then entry was surprisingly a breeze and I was in the exhibition space in no time. A pleasure to be taken care of lifting me up before even seeing the extraordinary exhibition.

One cannot come to Paris without visiting the Musee d'Orsay. It is a constant thrill with every painting you admire. The Impressionists are the most viewed and Van Gogh, my favorite, draws a myriad of people. Despite the long line to get in because of the holiday season, there was no crowd inside the museum and I was able to pause to admire the paintings I loved most.

Booking through Headout was smooth and convenient, and entry to the museum was fast and well-organized. Overall, it was a pleasant and enriching visit — I would definitely recommend it.

Entering the Musée d'Orsay thrilled me from the first moment. Knowing that it was a former train station and seeing how they preserved those huge structures, the natural light and the clock, makes the space as impressive as the works it houses. What I enjoyed most was the Impressionist area: being in front of paintings by Monet, Renoir, Degas and Van Gogh among others, was a very special, almost intimate experience. The colors, strength and sensitivity of those works are felt in a unique way. I also enjoyed discovering the sculptures and how the whole museum dialogues with each other, even if you don't get to see everything. It was a great decision to have taken out the ticket in advance, as I was able to go through it at my leisure and without queues. A visit that really leaves a mark and that I recommend without hesitation.

When all the Museums were sold out during Christmas holiday, I was happy to discover that Headout still had tickets to Orsay, and they were fast track, allowing us to skip the long line. Very happy to pay the additional fees so that my family could enjoy the Orsay museum, which was beautiful! Satisfied customer, highly recommend.

I really appreciate it. One of my favorites museums. As far as the global audio guide, easy to download, easy to use, a lot of information. I would like to have a more abstract side also in order to appreciate more art work within the museum and learn more general information about the paintings.
