The ground floor impressionistic paintings were wonderful, especially the huge ones with a historical context. The entrance to the museum went very well. There was a huge crowd in the Van Gogh gallery but there were several of my favourites there. The lunch at the restaurant was very good with courteous prompt service. Overall, our experience was very positive.

Love the museum! Beautiful display of beautiful art! The pieces displayed were just gorgeous! Security, management of people coming in and out all around was very good. Easy to buy tickets online and easy to follow signs at the museum. You could find all you need there, coffee, water, food, toilets and of course gifts or souvenirs. Would definitely recommend!

#1- The exhibits were amazing #2 The timed fast track tickets really shortened our wait . #3 The crowd was enormous and therefore we moved very slowly thru the collection . We stopping half way thru for a bite and drink in the dining area. #4 the audio was not easy to download . We ended up paying again in the museum for their audio with head set

Visiting this museum was like crossing the threshold of a world suspended between art, history and organizational perfection. Every room is meticulously designed, with a layout that enhances the works without ever overloading the eye. The lighting is masterfully designed, creating atmospheres that enhance the beauty and significance of each piece on display. The staff? Simply extraordinary. Welcoming, knowledgeable and always available, they manage to combine professionalism and human warmth. From ticketing to expert guidance, every interaction was smooth, friendly and enriching. Special kudos goes to the courtesy with which even minor unforeseen events were handled: resolved discreetly and quickly. The online reservation service is intuitive and fast, and the in-house cafeteria is a little gem - perfect for a break between masterpieces. 🔝 In summary: a museum experience that not only satisfies, but enchants. Highly recommended for those seeking culture, beauty and textbook service.

There is no such thing as a fast track ticket to the d'orsay. There is a seperate line for people who have booked an entry time. So you still have to queue but it was a smaller queue. . Just a heads up for others booking this ticket.
