• Priority elevator access is only included with the revolving restaurant buffet. All other variants require joining the standard elevator queue, which can be 30 minutes on weekdays and up to 1–3 hours on weekends or holidays.

• No formal dress code is required, but smart casual attire is recommended for dinner at the revolving restaurant.

• The Coca-Cola Happy Restaurant is family-friendly and can be lively and noisy, especially during peak hours.

• Indoor carousel access is included for children with family buffet variants at the Coca-Cola Happy Restaurant.

• Entry includes access to the 263m main observation deck, 259m glass walkway, 90m lower sphere, 78m multimedia show, and Shanghai Municipal History Museum.

• There is no time limit for your visit to the observation decks after your meal.
