• Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

• Please note that bags larger than a standard handbag will need to be cloaked on arrival and may be subject to a search before being cloaked.

• Arrive early to allow time for security screening. If possible, please bring a smaller bag or leave it at home for faster processing.

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour begins.

• The experience is not accessible for wheelchair users.

• Note that the following are not allowed during this experience: large bags, video recording.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
