I had the most incredible time at the famous Palais Garnier! I was able to see all of the opulent rooms and wander the grand staircase without any problems or crowds. The view was spectacular and I could see why the venue is as renowned as it is. I cannot wait to revisit in the future.

Apart from the fact that we booked the 9.30 entrance but on the day we visited there was a meeting happening and the museum would open only after 11am instead of 9am, the whole procedure was smooth and no more than 10 minutes overall (including security checks) to actually get in.

Definitely NOT 5 stars! Absolutel, disappointment! Headout didn't send PDF to print the tickets. We were not able to access the Louvre. Couldn't find anyone from the company Headout to help. No answer on the phone either. Steer clear!

It was great. You have to go in through El Carrusel, which is like a shopping area at the base of the pyramid. There are hardly any people there, so getting in was super quick. Go early to make the most of the day.

It was an interesting tour, but we didn't get to see the main theater—it was closed. Also, the audio guide’s instructions didn’t match the tour route; they were hard to follow as we moved through the rooms. Sometimes we had to go back, and sometimes the explanation didn’t match where we were. We felt like we hadn’t seen everything, or that we’d seen it out of order. Best regards, DF

We had tickets to the Louvre for 9:30 a.m., and we arrived 15 minutes early. We entered through the Carrousel; there was quite a long line of people waiting to go through security, and it took us 20–25 minutes to get in.The Louvre is incredibly huge; we visited 3 of the 5 floors. There were a lot of people visiting it starting very early in the morning. We explored the museum on our own.
