Even though the museum is huge and can seem a bit overwhelming, the layout is well-organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The opera is very beautiful, even if it is expensive for what it ultimately has to offer. As for the ticket, I ran into some trouble at the entrance because I received two emails with tickets—one with a QR code and one with a barcode—and when I tried to scan the QR code, it didn’t work. Fortunately, after a few tries, the barcode worked. I wasn’t able to listen to the included audio guide because it wasn’t on the app, and I couldn’t figure out where the link was to access it (one of the emails said the link would be sent via email, but I never saw it).
