It was a great way to see and learn about Ile del la cite. Caroline, our guide was knowledgeable and fun. My only fault was upon arrival Carole said this tour did not include entry tickets to the Conciergerie. So we were unable to enter even though the name of tour says it is included. Carole was confused about this as well. Other wise, very good.Joann

Guide explained things well but she walked so fast she kept losing half her people. She had another engagement so left us alone at Chappelle. So the tour was cut by 1/2 an hour. So she was explanatory but too fast walking and left us at Chapelle after we got inside. No trouble getting in front of line.Grace
