FamilyVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5Normally, I would have given it 5 stars, but the QR code didn’t work for us! We wanted to start right from the Alpenzoo to head to Top of Innsbruck first. Our QR code wasn’t valid—neither at the Hungerburgbahn nor after a walk to the Zoolasse. Since no one could help us, we drove to the Hofburg/Stadttheater parking garage to file a complaint at the ticket office at the valley station (where there isn’t even a ticket machine). This cost us parking fees at the zoo and a lot of time!!!! And before that, we had to call Headhunter, where we first went through an AI system and were then assisted in English. They were able to help us there, though, since all the online tickets purchased the day before weren’t working. We were issued physical tickets... From then on, everything was great!!!!! It’s impossible to determine exactly what caused the error or who was at fault, but in hindsight, that’s beside the point—because when everything works, the tickets are worth the money!!!! That’s why, unfortunately, only 4 out of 5 stars!!!!NNicole D
FamilyVerified bookingJul 20265/5We had a 1/2 day planned to visit Innsbruck. We have a 7 yr old. We purchased this on the drive and so glad we did! We went to the Top of Innsbruck and then the Alpeenzoo. We extended our day bc of these experiences. Wonderful experience!BBhavana R
GroupVerified bookingJul 20265/5This is one of the most no hassle experience we have had in Innsbruck. From the beginning to the end there were multiple places where we had to swipe these tickets including alpine zoo. This is the kind of no stress experience and swipe we need when we buy such tickets upfront from different countries. It not only reduces unnecessary anxiety in a new country, but also gives us the much needed enhanced customer experience and gratitude. Thankyou for being our solid partner.WWilliam T
CoupleVerified bookingJun 20265/5It is a lovely zoo - very hilly as you would expect on the side of a mountain, but the animal enclosures are spaced about and you are able to go inside a lot of the bird enclosures.AAleksander T
FamilyVerified bookingJul 20263/5Loves the gondol up to the mountains, the zoo was not as expected, did not see any animals, Only birds and goats etc non exotic animals...
