Although we lost half of the trip because we could not find the meeting point we managed to find our group and live the experience at sienna ! The girls at the meeting point were very polite and helped me book train tickets to find the other people of my group. Barbara was super guide and kind! Thanks also rachel from headout chat who gave me some credits for another trip. I am grateful.

The Eurial Global Flexible Pass has been easy to use and manage my tickets. It's nice that you can use one day and take multiple trains within that day (very helpful when you have missed your prior train). It provides most of the platform numbers at each station. Only thing I can say that I wish was better about it is that, it would be nice if there was a better list of train station names for cities (got on train to another part of the city)

Denne gangen (fordi vi hadde brukt Headout til andre turer som var en katastrofe) gikk alt helt fint!! Guiden, Anastasia, snakket språket veldig godt, forklaringene hennes var klare og presise, og det hele var krydret med en god dose humor. Omvisningen var virkelig fantastisk, både innholdsmessig og formmessig. Bygningene var nydelige å se på, og guiden gjorde en strålende jobb. Vi hadde hodetelefoner til rådighet for å høre henne ordentlig, og vi så at hun var en profesjonell. Jeg anbefaler denne omvisningen på det varmeste: Duomo, kuppelen på Duomo, museet, klokketårnet, dåpskapellet og krypten
