We went for two days in venice, the watertaxi of ACTV brought us every where in a fine and confered way.

Great way to get around and to get great views of the city. Setting the city the way it is meant to be see. However, it can be crowded

Smooth and not complicated. Collected tickets early so got in early.
Didn't like the app for the audio tour - kept crashing.

It was great, but I had a few ideas, that could be improved. More toilets and audio guides in more languages would be nice.
And maybe add some interactive elements for children, because the tour for an 8 year old it was too long, and kind of "boring".

Il traghetto era comodo ed è partito al ora giusto. La guida era eccellente e in genere tutto è andato bene. I posti visitati erano bellissimi.

Molto bello e interessante, anche le tempistiche sono state giuste , forse (ma probabilmente per una mia ignoranza ) ci vorrebbe una carina per capire dove andare a prendere i ticket. ( che in effetti il posto è vicinissimo alla stazione ma noi abbiamo trovato difficoltà) Grazie ancora per la bellissima giornata.

Our first tour time we selected and it was cancelled but we were given the option to join the in person tour instead of the audio guided tour.
I highly recommend doing the guided tour, you can ask questions in real time and it's only an hour.
Our tour guide was kind, patient and knowledgeable. It was a great experience!

Meeting point easy to find+ im shade, great guide Antonella, slided in easily with skip-the-line entry tickets, the group was of ten so we were compact, easy to navigate and follow the itinerary even with crowded venue at our time slot
