Det faktum at kontoret ditt var 100 meter fra inngangen, og at de ansatte var så vennlige og effektive. Jeg synes du burde ha nevnt at stasjonen ligger mindre enn 10 minutters gange fra kontoret ditt. Det ville spart mye bryderi!

Det var lett å finne stedet der billettene skulle hentes. Vi fikk audioguide, guidebok og kart. Vi gikk inn ved åpningen kl. 9, og det var perfekt. Vi ble rundt 3 timer, og etter at jentene på hentestedet kunne anbefale et sted å spise. Anbefaler dette på det sterkeste.

Vi bestilte en tur med guidebok og kart, slik at vi kunne gå i vårt eget tempo og utforske stedet slik vi ønsket. Guideboken utelot imidlertid et stort område av Pompeii, så det var ingen veiledning eller lesestoff tilgjengelig, og vi fikk ikke tilgang til opplevelsen på den måten vi ønsket. Jeg følte meg veldig skuffet over å ikke kunne nyte og lære om historien til området vi befant oss i. Det var mange grammatiske feil og stavefeil i guideboken vår (vi hadde den engelske oversatte versjonen) Kartet var uklart og vanskelig å følge, spesielt vanskelig da vi heller ikke hadde en tydelig guide fra boken vår Alt i alt ikke fornøyd med opplevelsen, da vi ikke ble informert om deler av informasjonen som manglet, hvis vi hadde blitt det, ville vi ha bestilt et annet sted.
