Saw MJ the Musical today at Crown Theatre and it completely blew me away. The performers were phenomenal - the energy, the vocals, the way they channelled Michael Jackson's iconic moves had the whole audience buzzing. The choreography alone is worth the ticket price; it's slick, high-energy, and so faithful to the original routines. The staging and props were next level too - from the lighting to the set transitions, every scene felt cinematic and polished. And of course, the songs! Hearing classics like Billie Jean, Smooth Criminal, and Thriller performed live with full production value gave me chills. What really elevated it beyond just a "greatest hits" show was the storyline - it weaves through his creative process and legacy in a way that's genuinely engaging, not just a jukebox musical. You leave with a real appreciation for the artistry behind the icon. Booked through Headout, and the whole process was smooth - the seats were great, and the whole experience felt seamless from booking to curtain call. Highly recommend for any Michael Jackson fan or musical theatre lover!

Wow, The MJ musical was amazing, the three MJs were brilliant and made me think I was watching the man himself in action, the costumes were perfect and the moment that wowed me the most was Billie Jean and that moonwalk had the whole theatre cheering. The cast were all so talented with the most beautiful voices and fun characters, the dancers brought such high energy to the stage, the choreography was next level, the stage came to life with neon lights and fun props, it was written so perfectly that we all enjoyed following his journey through his life on his was to become the top pop artist of all time.The crown theatre is a beautiful venue. I recommend this 💯

No you have it wrong , I gave the musical 5 stars , even though I wasn't there to watch it , I'm sure it would have been fantastic. Regarding Headsout review, I will be deleting the app as soon as I have finished this comment. Yes I mad an accidental mistake with the dates , but you would not even let me reschedule, if you , you customer's service would have been better and appreciated, you wouldn't refund my money and you wouldn't let me have the chance to recoup my money by selling the tickets to someone who actually would have been in the city that night , I hope you enjoy my $350 , I won't be recommending your app to anyone

If you're a Michael Jackson fan, this event is definitely worth seeing, even if you don't like musicals. You can tell just how much effort was put into the performance, their energy and talent is unmatched! I can't forget to mention everyone who worked behind the scenes as well, the lighting, stage, props and everything in between was so well done. I would 100% watch this for a second, third and maybe even a forth time if I had an infinite supply of money!

I took my mum to see the show for a Mothers Day Present and she and I both loved it . We had perfect seats (mum a little short so the ilse seat was perfect. ) The performers were all amazing and the whole show wanted you to get on your feet and dance. It was informative and high lighted the positives of is carreer without the contraversy. Most of it all it put a smile on an old ladies face that I hadnt seen for some time, that was priceless. Thank you.

I'd like to change my rating to 4 Stars. The dancing was exquisite, singing not as exceptional but a delight all the same. Stunning performers, highly energetic, supremely talented with impressive stamina. Not sure what has happened to Theatre etiquette, it was like being at the footy, ppl up and down throughout, bobble head in front of me. I'll never choose those seats again. With a Priceline of $175 that soured the theatre experience for me.

I grew up with MJ's music and he helped me in dark times with his music. I actually cried with the scene with young MJ, his mum and older MJ looking on with the song "I'll be there" just beautiful 🥺 I took my two daughters and it will be a memory I will cherish forever as I'm so sad I couldn't go to his concert when he came to Perth so this o wasn't missing!!

I'm a BIG fan of MJ. It was awesome to see such a great performance from the team. You can see the performers really put in a lot of effort and handwork to make this a great show. This is definitely one of my best moments for my first visit to Australia, Perth!

The lead actors and in particular the character who played Michael Jackson were outstanding. We had three generations watching from the age of 8 to 70. And we all thoroughly were enthralled by the performance.
