Apart from the fact that we booked the 9.30 entrance but on the day we visited there was a meeting happening and the museum would open only after 11am instead of 9am, the whole procedure was smooth and no more than 10 minutes overall (including security checks) to actually get in.

Definitely NOT 5 stars! Absolutel, disappointment! Headout didn't send PDF to print the tickets. We were not able to access the Louvre. Couldn't find anyone from the company Headout to help. No answer on the phone either. Steer clear!

Fue genial. Tienen que entrar por El Carrusel que es como un vector comercial que está abajo de la pirámide. Por ahí casi no hay gente, la entrada fue súper rápida. Vayan temprano para aprovechar el día.

We received the tickets on time and our entry into the museum happened in the blink of an eye. We did not encounter any problems; on the contrary, everything went very smoothly.

My feelings are mixed. I did enjoy the bus tour itself and it met my expectations - I saw everything that I wanted to see. However, the process of my getting there was highly flawed and does need your attention. It literally took me hours to find the Big Bus stop so that I could begin my tour. Yes...you gave me the general area, but not the precise address of the stop (by 'stop' I mean the Hop On location). I can appreciate that this is not necessarily an issue in a smaller market, such as Edinburgh, but in a large and somewhat hectic city like Paris or London it's a must. For your information! This must be improved!

Booking the tickets with Headout went smooth and without a hitch. Thank you. The line outside the Louvre went through rather fast. My daughter and I enjoyed our time in the Louvre. Because you can spend a long time at the museum, it was good to come across bathrooms 🚻 and a place with food and drink. Thanks again Headout for helping make entry in to the museum smooth and efficient.

Teníamos la entrada al Louvre a las 09.30, hemos llegado 15 minutos antes de la hora.Hemos accedido por el Carrusel había bastante cola de personas esperando pasar el control de seguridad, hemos tardado 20-25 minutos en entrar.El louvre es increíblemente gigante hemos visitados 3 plantas de las 5.Hay una gran cantidad de gente visitandolo desde muy temprano.La visita ha sido por nuestra cuenta.

The tour was as I expected - a great introduction to a beautiful city However I wasn't given a map or audio phones on entry and had to use some I had with me which were too short. Another passenger kindly gave me her map. The driver seemed to be impatient to finish his shift and swung around some of the corners so that we had to hang on to keep our seats. The seats are very hard.

Highlights of the trip included the Eiffel Tower, the new bridge "covered" (an art piece) near the Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral and the participants of the Paris Marathon running in large numbers along the banks of the Seine River. Due to the marathon, we did not visit the Arc de Triomphe, for example. The announced route had been changed on that day.
