Booked from Italy online without any problems. Paid online, a price that, in my opinion, was adequate for the offer and the place to visit. Unfortunately, there was no availability for a tour in Italian, but our English-speaking guide (which I understood) was wonderful. The trip was comfortable in a nice vehicle large enough for everyone. The driver was kind and good at driving. The organization in Auschwitz was perfect: a long, comprehensive tour, with extensive explanations and moments of reflection, which are needed here. The closing words of the visit by the guide were beautiful; unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but the organization can find her (visit on June 2, 2026 at 12:40 PM from Krakow). My comments, however, are that this work cannot be done differently here. The only flaw? You need to check that the meeting point for departure is the one booked, because for me it didn't match; many chats adequately resolved the problem, so watch out! Otherwise, everything else is fine.

To say that was an wonderful experience is not gonna describe totally what i feel. It was an one time experience and difficult to compare with anything else. All the history in that place, made me feel on one part releved that i didn't lived in those times, but on the other hand a little bit guilty couse, you know, a lot of innocent people died there for nothing. And the kids? The part with the kids was purely horror. Also, the priviledge to have such a well prepared guide and truly implicated, as Miss Izabella was, was exactly what we needed. No matter how prepared do you think are, cause it's impossible to not heard about something of a such magnitude, it perish at the moment you arrive and hear live and clear of all the atrocitys, humiliations, dehumanisings of all those people. A lot of goosebumps are crawling beneath your skin and terrifies you to the bones when you see all the hair and pairs of shoes.

Punctuality and freindliness of personnel! The whole trip was efficiently organised and ran according to plan, from pick-up in Krakow to transfer at Auschwitz-Birkenau and return to Krakow. Despite change in pick-up time we were all agreed it did not upset our day and was probably for the best as we were back in the city at a much more convenient time. The translation of our tour-guide was perfect and the communication perfect. I can recommend Royal Tours to anyone planning to visit Auschwitz, the tour itself is something averyone has to come to terms with during and after, this is one of those places on earth that has great historic significance, nonetheless not an easy place to visit.

We were contacted in advance after the booking, so we knew all details before we left. We sat at the front on the bus and Camille our bus driver was a great driver so we felt very safe. Magda was a delight and looked after us all throughout the day, she was so polite and friendly. Anya was very knowledgeable as our guide, and also very friendly. It rained and was miserable but we think that was better as we weren't there to enjoy ourselves. The tour worked very well like a well oiled machine, and being in the surroundings meant more than reading about the topic. Thank you very much for looking after us Lisa & Ian

Turul la Auschwitz- Birkenau a fostul unul dintre cele mai frumoase vizite făcute de mine, atmosfera de poveste creată de ghid înainte de întrarea la Auschwitz a făcut ca totul să pară mai puțin apăsător, să avem compasiune, dar nu durere în suflet, am ascultat cu foarte mare placere și am savurat toate vorbele ghidului . Mă bucur tare mult că am făcut aceasta alegere și o să recomand și altor prieteni care vor dori să ajungă la Auschwitz sau în alte tari , ca pentru rezervări să aleagă headout. Mulțumesc mult pentru clipele petrecute în compania oamenilor dvs.!

Excellent tour guide both for travel and once inside the Auschwitz memorial. A very informative and emotional day but a reminder that such atrocities should not be forgotten. Very disappointing that start time was changed from 9.30 am to 5.45am with very little notice ( the afternoon before!) meaning that we were unable to have the breakfast we had paid extra for with our accommodation . Despite contacting the company no response or compensation offered ...very poor !

Tour bien organizado y puntual, pero la guía careció de impacto El tour estuvo muy bien organizado y fue perfectamente puntual. El coordinador principal en el autobús fue muy amable, riguroso con el horario y proporcionó una logística clara para el día, asegurando que todo saliera a la perfección tanto en Auschwitz I como en Birkenau. El principal inconveniente fue la guía especializada del sitio que nos dirigió a través de los campos. Aunque su español era bueno y la información estadística era correcta, la entrega se sintió un poco superficial, probablemente debido a una ligera barrera idiomática. Cuando los participantes hacían preguntas, las respuestas a menudo volvían a los datos ya expuestos en lugar de aportar nueva claridad. Además, el relato careció del profundo impacto histórico que requiere un lugar tan significativo. La explicación de la escala y la crueldad del campo se sintió más estadística que inmersiva. A 3rd visit for us, az my elderly mother wantedto go and needed me to accompany her. Our pick up time was changed the day before our trip to later in the morning. That was ok but did mean we were going to be much later back into the city which was a bit late for mum to get dinner. Journey out and back were ok and our accompanying guide on the coach Magda was good. Our guide in Auschwitz, Peter, was not quite as knowlegeable as guides on previous occassions. He was also not great at managing the group. Therd were at least 2 elderly peopke in our group and although I appreciate he could not make allowances for their slower pace, they missed actually veing able to see much of walk he was talking about as he spoke as they were always last to the room and he did not encourage others in the group to move further into the rooms so these 2 people were either stuck in the doorway or in the corridor unable to see anythjng as he spoke.

Purtroppo devo dire che fino al giorno prima filava tutto bene all'ultimo giorno mi fanno sapere tramite messaggio che la mia prenotazione era spostata di 4 ore, fino all'ultimo non ho capito se era compreso anche il rientro ,il messaggio era dubbio, quindi mi ero preoccupato anche per gli orari dei treni visto che fortunatamente avevo il volo di ritorno per le 21,00. Fino all'incontro con gli accompagnatori era tutto un ddubbio.Poi fortunatamente tutto perfetto la signora autista bravissima l'accompagnatrice gentilissima e preparata e perfortuna non parlava bene italiano come diceva Lei, per me era la Sua seconda lingua . L'accompagnatrice all'interno del campo di concentramento è stata fantastica .Devo dire che alla fine sono stato molto contento.
