As a visitor from another country, I was especially pleased with how easy the online ticketing system was to use. Purchasing tickets in advance was straightforward, and the instructions were clear, even for someone unfamiliar with the UK rail system. The train was clean, comfortable, and departed on time, which helped reduce the stress of navigating travel after a long flight. The journey itself was fast and efficient, making it one of the easiest airport transfers I have experienced. Signage at the airport and station was easy to follow, and boarding was simple. Overall, I found the Heathrow Express to be a reliable and convenient service that I would gladly use again and would recommend to other international travelers visiting London.

7/6/26 We arrived early to check out waiting times and luggage storage as we were told you couldn't take bags. This is not the case, a very welcoming gentleman explained this to us and and after a brief conversation we were upgraded to almost immediate entry and for just £10 tickets for Sea Life, which we had 90 days to use. His customer service was first class. I recommend going early, we were there just before 11am and with the earlier entry we were ahead on our day by a full half hour. It's definitely one of thee to do things on your trip to London. Fantastic views of almost every landmark. Would recommend this to anyone.

Buying the London Eye Fast Track tickets through Headout was an excellent decision. The booking process was simple and convenient, and the tickets were delivered instantly. The Fast Track access saved us a significant amount of time by allowing us to skip the long queues, making the entire experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. Everything worked exactly as advertised, and we were able to spend more time enjoying the incredible panoramic views of London rather than waiting in line. Took my cousins from the USA, who were at the end of their European tour to experience London through the ride on The London eye. Although they have been travelling all over Europe and parts of England, they said that the ride topped it all. The views from the top they said, were amazing, spectacular and unforgettable. I agree as I have been on the ride 3x . And I intend to go again one day .

We loved having the fast track tickets. Even though there was a queue it was significantly shorter than the other queue and they let us on 20 minutes early! This was helpful with an older lady in our party who didn't want to stand for that length of time. Defintely recommend the fast track tickets. The London Eye was good too, we saw the trooping of the colour from the top.

Er stond vooraf wel een enorm lange rij buiten maar de toegang verliep alsnog snel en soepel. Eenmaal binnen is iedereen ook heel behulpzaam. De musical zelf was zeer zeker de moeite waard. Goede acteurs en erg goede muziek en zang. Alleen omdat sommige scènes zich ook wat hoger afspeelde konden wij niet alles goed zien vanaf onze plek redelijk achterin de zaal. We keken tegen een plafond aan van het "balkon" boven ons. Maar alsnog een fantastische avond gehad.
