We took the Auschwitz tour yesterday and, overall, it was a very well-organized experience. We would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by the guides, both during the transportation and at the museum. They were kind, professional, and shared the information with great respect and sensitivity, which is essential in such a historically significant place. We were also impressed by the excellent organization and the smooth coordination between the transportation and the different parts of the museum visit. Everything ran seamlessly, with no unnecessary waiting. The respectful atmosphere throughout the tour was exemplary, and the guides' explanations were clear, thorough, and very informative. However, there was one inconvenience at the end of the tour. We had booked a package that included hotel pick-up and drop-off. The hotel pick-up was perfectly on time and well organized, but the driver who was supposed to take us back to our hotel never showed up. This left us in an uncomfortable situation after a long day, and we ended up having to walk back. Despite this inconvenience, we highly value the quality of the guides and the overall organization of the tour. We hope the company can improve the coordination of the return transportation so that the experience is excellent from start to finish. Without a doubt, we would book with them again.

Et fantastisk sted – vi hadde en veldig hyggelig opplevelse. Stedet er veldig rent, og utsikten over fjellene mens man ligger i det varme vannet er helt topp 👍

Varmebadene var helt fantastiske! Jeg valgte 3-timerspakken, og syntes det var helt perfekt. Det er både innendørs og utendørs boblebad å velge mellom, og jeg likte spesielt godt det store utendørsbadet fordi utsikten både mot hytta og fjellene er så vakker. Kan virkelig anbefales!
