Das Ambiente und die Schifffahrt waren wunderschön. Das Personal vor Ort freundlich und sehr flink. Das gebuchte Essen war mega.
Leider (und so ging es einigen Gästen) war der Anfang irritierend. Laut Email müsste man die Tickets am Stand abholen. Ticketschalter war aber geschlossen.
Deshalb "nur" 4 von 5 Sternen

Easy to book, friendly staff, and discounted kids tickets. Lovely way to spend an hour or so and see Vienna from a different perspective.

The boat was spacious & had adequate seating for everyone. Boarding was a bit annoying as a lot of people were pushing & shoving to get at the front of the queue & therefore get the better seats. Being a very hot day I decided to sit in the inside lounge but could not hear the commentary because of people talking. The cruise itself was quite good & scenery nice.

Dette var en hyggelig cruise som gikk både gjennom kanalen og på Donau. Det ble servert drikke om bord, og man kunne forhåndsbestille mat ved bestillingen. Betjeningen var vennlig og effektiv. Vi brukte litt tid i slusene, men det var interessant å se hvordan slike store sluser fungerer og hvor store fartøy de har plass til.

C'était beaucoup mieux que ce que j'attendais. Menu très fin. Personnel à l'écoute et très gentil. Parfait à faire sans aucun problème. Très belle vallée de la Wachau.
