Ondanks de verbouwingswerkzaamheden die op dat moment plaatsvonden, vond ik dat de meeste dingen die ik wilde zien en ervaren toegankelijk bleven. Het personeel was deskundig en vriendelijk. Ik zou één suggestie willen doen: houd rekening met de verschillende leeftijdsgroepen bij het boeken van tickers, niet iedereen is technisch onderlegd.

Our day eas made easy having already putchasing our tickets prior to going. Easy venue to find with lots of parking, will definitely be back

Good but it did say we needed to print our tickets out on website which caused issue and once we got there realized you can just scan from phone

We loved being able to see all the animals and the detailed commentary on the animals whilst on the bus through the park. Absolutely amazing watching the African wild dogs go searching for their food. Fantastic family adventure!

The booking was a little late coming through apparently due to COVID, but it all went very smoothly. The instruction to print a hard copy of the ticket unnecessary- it did cause some worry as I do not possess a printer, and quite a drive to use one. The staff at Healesville Sanctuary processed the tickets, with no problem, from my phone. Thankyou.

Healesville Sanctuary is such a beautiful place to go to. I wasn't expecting to be so big and have so many animals and beautiful birds ! Loved it ! The drive to Healesville is very nice too. Great relaxing day.Thank you. Will come back again soon.
