COVID Safety Regulations

• COVID antigen tests will be available (at an additional cost) at the venue

• Customers can book the tests upon arrival, corresponding staff will be allotted to manage these requests

• Visitors will receive results the same day to the given email address

Important Information

• The continental breakfast is available from 9:30 AM- 11:30 AM

• Snacks and lunch buffets are available from 11:30 AM- 5:30 PM

• There is an open domestic bar with unlimited non-alcoholic beverages available

• Wear a swimsuit, water shoes, and comfortable clothing. Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel

• Please carry along biodegradable sunscreen

• This park is wheelchair accessible

Discounted Tickets

• Children aged 5 - 11 pay 50% off the adult ticket price

• In case the child does not present a valid official ID, the entrance price will depend on the height

• Infants: Up to 3.2 ft (1 m) enter for free

• Child tickets are applicable for height between 3.2 ft (1 m) and 4.5 ft (1.40 m)

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID while boarding

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must show their valid student IDs

Hotel Pickups

• This ticket includes a complimentary hotel pickup from your hotel

• Your hotel must be in Cancun, Riviera Maya, or Playa del Carmen

• Please gather at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of departure to avoid further delays
