Important Information

• The VIP Experience is non-exclusive and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.

• The VIP Experience departs throughout the day but it is subject to availability.

• The VIP Experience is available in English and Mandarin but it is subject to availability.

• The VIP Experience shall proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions (i.e. rain or shine) and there shall be no rain check or refund made.

• You must arrive at Universal Studios Singapore VIP Reception at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the VIP Experience. Failure to do so may result in the participant missing certain components of the VIP Experience.

• The VIP Experience Team must be notified of any changes at least 24 hours before commencement of VIP Experience, failing which the guest will not be entitled to a refund

• The price of the One-Day Ticket does not include separately ticketed events in Universal Studios Singapore.

• The 10% retail Ddscount on selected merchandise in Universal Studios Singapore cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

• Your SGD25 Meal Voucher is valid at Resorts World Sentosa-owned dining outlets, such as TEPPAN by Chef Yonemura, Fratelli Pizzeria, Osia Steak, and Seafood Grill, Forest™, Feng Shui Inn™, Sessions, Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora™, Tangerine™ and any other restaurant or food cart at Universal Studios Singapore, except Starbucks.

• For safety purposes, children aged 7 and below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above at all times during the VIP Experience.

• Children under the age of 18 will require their parent or legal guardian to fill up an indemnity form for their participation in the VIP Experience.

• You must fulfill the appropriate height requirements and understand the safety recommendations for each attraction.

• Universal Express™ Unlimited is not valid for Canopy Flyer, Treasure Hunter, Amber Rock Climb, Magic Potion Spin, and Front Row of Battlestar Galactica.

• Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

Operating Hours

• Daily: 11am to 6pm

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.

• Your tour begins at 11:00 am from the VIP reception area within the park. Please arrive at the VIP area 15-minutes prior to the scheduled beginning of the show.
