What to bring

Tulum Archaeological Site

• Large bags and restricted items may not be allowed inside the archaeological site.

Cenote Nohoch

• Lockers, lifejackets, and snorkeling equipment are not included in the base experience.

Accessibility

• You must be able to walk on unpaved or uneven terrain.

Additional information

• The tour duration is approximately 7 to 8 hours, depending on your selected pickup option and location.

• Live commentary is available in English and Spanish.

• Children aged 3 and under can join for free.

• Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels.

• If you are staying in Tulum, pickup is from a meeting point rather than hotel pickup.

• You must contact the operator at least 24 hours before the activity date to confirm your reservation and arrange transportation.

• Be ready at your pickup point 15 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.

• An additional surcharge for the Natural Cenote Reserve Fee, Tulum National Park Fee, and Tulum local tax is payable in cash on the day of the activity.

• Snorkel and lifejacket rentals cost extra.

• Costa Mujeres pickups operate only on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
