Onze gids Lee was uitstekend en professioneel. We voelden ons erg op ons gemak tijdens onze reis. Lee was ook zeer responsief met het houden van contact met ons via sms tijdens de reis. We hadden een onbeleefde ontmoeting met een vertegenwoordiger van Gogoday toen we op zoek waren naar Lee. Toen we vroegen hoe ze heette, antwoordde ze onbeleefd dat ik haar naam niet hoefde te weten en dat ik gewoon op haar blaadje moest kijken voor mijn naam op haar lijst. Er stonden engelse en buitenlandse talen op de lijst waardoor het niet makkelijk te lezen was. Toen ik haar beleefd om haar naam vroeg om te zien of het Lee was, schreeuwde ze 'You don't need to know my name! Het zou makkelijker zijn als alle vertegenwoordigers naamplaatjes droegen om zich te kunnen identificeren. We hebben 45 minuten in de auto gewacht terwijl we in de rij naar Owakudani stonden, wat we niet hadden verwacht. Deze ervaring was vermoeiend. We hielden wel van de onsen, maar er waren te veel mensen tegelijk, wat de ervaring minder maakte. De verstrekte informatie was erg duidelijk, waardoor we het ontmoetingspunt op tijd konden vinden. Ik zou deze tour aanraden, maar zal toekomstige deelnemers waarschuwen voor de wachttijd tot Owakudani. Bedankt

Het reisschema en de tijd die voor elke halte wordt gegeven, zijn goed genoeg voor mij om de plaatsen te verkennen. Mijn gids Danny Tian is erg behulpzaam en hij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen het ontmoetingspunt weet en geeft me een sms of ik in orde ben of de weg kwijt ben. En waar voor je geld. Maar op de terugweg naar Tokio

Het trefpunt was een chaos en ik moest verschillende vertegenwoordigers vragen voordat ik de juiste vond. Geen van hen hielp me. Een beetje meer informatie tijdens de rit zou geholpen hebben.
