If you book tickets for multiple people, you will need to redeem them altogether. Separate redemption is not allowed.

You must redeem your e-voucher for physical tickets at any of the vending machines for passengers that are installed at major stations of the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway

You can also redeem the physical tickets at the offices of each Tokyo Metro station (excluding Hibiya Line Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishifunabashi, Yoyogi Uehara, Wako City, Hanzomon Line / Fukutoshin Line Shibuya and Meguro stations).
