What to bring

• Swimwear: Wear a swimsuit to enter the thermal spa facilities.

• Footwear: Bring flip-flops, which are required for entry to the thermal spa.

What’s not allowed

• Age restriction: Children under 14 years old are not permitted to enter the thermal spa centre.

Accessibility

• Stairs: Access to the hotel and spa involves stairs, which may make access difficult for guests with limited mobility.

• Pickup locations: Transfers operate to and from centrally located hotels, including Hotel Casino Cóndor de los Andes and Hotel Hathor.

• Summer transfer timings: Transfers start at approximately 8:45am, with return at 6pm, from September 1 to April 30.

• Winter transfer timings: Transfers start at approximately 9:15am, with return at 5pm, from May 1 to August 31.

• Health precautions: Guests who have had surgery within the past 30 days, have heart failure or hypotension, or are undergoing chemotherapy must not use the thermal spa.

• Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Pregnant or breastfeeding guests should consult their doctor before entering the thermal waters.

• Hydration: Drink water every 15–20 minutes and avoid staying in the thermal pools for prolonged periods to help prevent low blood pressure.

• Drinks and massages: Drinks and massage services are not included. Massages may be booked separately at the spa.
