Easy to book tickets. We had a great time at the park. We'd visited the previous bird park 2 years ago and loved it. The new park is even better. Very well designed; so many birds to see. The information boards was relevant and useful and there was plenty of cool rest zones.

While it took 2 attempts via the Headout LiveChat on 6 May 2022, Headout agent Ann honoured her promise to communicate my dietary request to the Arbora Restaurant. Keep it up! Mwanwhile, I just have one suggestion, perhaps you can increase the number of LiveChat operators as it took about 8 - 10 minutes to reach a human operator. Thank you.

Perfect couple date, would suggest maybe to not open wide the doors on each station/be seen by the queue in each station and keep the atmosphere as perfect as it is when in the sky.

I loved the entire experience. I booked the lunch/cable car combo and the package was reasonably priced. It was also very convenient in that I did not have to research places to dine as i was given 5 options to choose from. The cable car experience was also unique and enjoyable. It was amazing to view the island and city from above.

The cable car experience on both routes was good. The bundled dining was hopeless as it required booking the restaurant & the link went to another booking service & it was impossible to find the restaurant we wanted. In addition all the redevelopment on Sentosa made it very hard to actually find the restaurant in person. We eventually found it - Le Faubourg - & it was fantastic but the bundled offer was not much good. We wet al la carte & for a simple pizza & if was fantastic.

Erg leuke plek waar veel te zien en te doen is. We hadden het geluk dat het voedselfestival bezig was. Geweldige sfeer. Zo onder de indruk van hoe schoon alles is. Het enige puntje van kritiek dat ik heb, is dat het personeel van restaurant Ola Beach Club erg onbeleefd was en helemaal niet hielp met uitleggen hoe onze dinerpas werkte. Dus dat was jammer. Mijn motto is als je niet gelukkig bent in je werk, ga dan weg en reageer je niet af op je klanten. Mijn man sprak uiteindelijk met een jong meisje dat uitlegde hoe het werkte, maar zij was de enige die blij was om aan het werk te zijn. Afgezien daarvan hadden we een heerlijke tijd.

Het was geweldig om de VIP-ervaring te hebben; je werd behandeld als een 'ster', je hoefde niet te wachten in de rij en je had een hele hut voor ons alleen - met onze cocktails klaar en wachtend. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Een echte aanrader.
