We hadden veel problemen om onze kaartjes te krijgen, want we stonden 15 minuten te vroeg buiten en er kwam niemand opdagen. We gingen het museum in om te zien of het personeel kon helpen. Het personeel was erg onbeleefd en zei dat we via een ander bedrijf hadden geboekt en dat we zonder uitleg naar buiten moesten. Uiteindelijk kwam er iemand meer dan 10 minuten te laat en gaf ons ons kaartje. Het museum gaf over het algemeen een interessant overzicht van de geschiedenis van Polen. Als dit de ervaring is die je zoekt, dan is het museum daar zeer geschikt voor. Ik bezocht dit museum omdat ik het verhaal van Oskar Schindler en zijn daden wilde horen. Het museum ging hier nauwelijks op in en werd weer een oorlogsmuseum. Als je naar dit museum gaat om het verhaal van Schindler te horen en hoe hij de levens van veel Joodse mensen heeft gered, neem dan niet de moeite om naar het museum te gaan, want het verhaal komt nauwelijks aan bod en je krijgt de fabriek niet te zien, behalve dat het een omhulsel voor een museum is.

Goede ervaring, het enige wat ik zou veranderen is dat de persoon die de kaartjes levert ook moet worden geïdentificeerd met het bedrijfslogo van Headout, want als ik het hem niet had gevraagd, zou ik nog steeds zitten te wachten.

Prachtig museum met zeer goed gemaakte indrukwekkende tentoonstellingen. Wat ik niet leuk vond was hoe je bij de ingang wordt ontvangen. Voor een bezoeker is het onduidelijk wanneer en waar je het museum in kunt. Je moet buiten wachten (in de hitte of regen...) tot een medewerker naar buiten komt om je de kaartjes te geven. Niet erg professioneel. Kom op jongens, dat kan beter!
