What to expect
The music: Appetite is back at Chinois for year three. East London school friends Elliot Schooling and Liam Palmer founded it, now run a 20k East London festival under the same name, and have built a reputation for one thing: 50:50 curation. The 2026 run is four Tuesdays in July, with Hot Since 82, Sidney Charles, Skream, Yass & Mali, and Isaac Carter all performing across the dates
The venue: Chinois
Sonic Temple of Ibiza, inside Ibiza Gran Hotel in Marina Botafoch. One room, dancefloor-first, walking distance from Ibiza Town. Chinois leans intimate over mega-club, exactly the room Appetite's grass-roots, community-led Tuesdays were built for.
