I have been to the falls before. We did this guided tour this time. It was a great experience. We didn't have to worry about what time we had to be at a location and got interesting info along the way including great tips for the best pictures. Way better than walking around trying to figure it out yourself. Geno and Diana were the best guides. I could tell looking at the other tour groups we had the most fun guides. Geno did his job! We were soaked walking out of the Cave of the Winds. Thank you both for the awesome experience!

Niagara Falls are amazing! Our tour guided was very useful, including information about the falls, timing, and recommendations for after the tour. Getting the tour vs. individual tickets was worth the additional expense, no waiting in line for anything during a busy labor day weekend, and useful information from the guide. Meeting with the group was easy, although the starting time seemed fairly irrelevant: all groups left shortly before 10 am.

    Our guide Kalee (sp?) of the Kale's Snails is what made the tour. She was fun, made fun little badges using her name and pic of snail and was very informative. Always there to take your picture. And told us the best spot to stand on the boat.
