Clear and helpful information about the meeting point, provided the day before. Very friendly guide. Quite comfortable bus. A very convenient package for visiting the falls! I would have preferred to skip the stops at the maple syrup factory and the floral clock, but they are necessarily included in the packages.

The weather was perfect. The falls were magnificent . The tour was good but a bit rushed. We had very little time in The Tower. By the time we got up there it was virtually time to get back on the bus. Same with the 'behind the falls ' and the boat ride. Otherwise very good.

Bernad was a great guide and he knew his stuff. The Niagra falls boat tour was an incredible experience and the view from the skylon was definitely worth it! Highly reccomended day trip from Toronto!

The tour was well organized and Niagara Falls was very impressive. I would book the same tour again, but without Journey Behind the Falls - that's a bit unnecessary. Otherwise, we had really great guides. Also, if you book all three attractions, time is super short. You don't have any time left to look at anything else.

The tour was very well organized. We were picked up on time at the agreed-upon meeting point. During the ride, Bernad (our guide) explained the tour itinerary to us several times in very clear, slow English. Once we arrived, everything went very smoothly. We received all our tickets right at the start and were then able to manage our time as we pleased. Bernad was a great guide and even exchanged a few words with us in German. I highly recommend this tour.

The tour was a full day packed with fun sites, interesting facts shared by our driver/guide, an easy yet steady pace, tips for making the most of each stop, and an incredible Niagara Falls experience that only nature can provide. The tour included comfortable, cool and clean transportation. The pickup and drop off sites were within easy walking distance from our hotel and they ran on time. A tour worth taking for everyone.

The Skylon Tower is very impressive—we loved it, as well as the cruise. I was disappointed by the behind-the-scenes tour of the falls—I was expecting something different—but the day was magical, the guide was very clear, the transportation was comfortable, and we stopped for a tasting of maple syrup and chocolate. It was a wonderful, well-rounded excursion that I highly recommend.

The guide and driver were very friendly, insightful and accommodating. Couldn't recommend this tour more, although I would say if you go for the full package (including helicopter flight) there's a lot to fit in. We are exhausted but had an amazing time

Nice tour. In my opinion, it went by a little too fast... You should have more free time to explore the area after the sightseeing stops because it’s really nice. (But that’s a common practice among all the tour operators there.) A minor drawback is the language barrier and communication. It’s fine that it’s conducted in English, but you could have a bit more interaction to help everyone understand everything better (for example, write down the various times and the different activities and sights, in addition to announcing them verbally, so that those who don’t know English can copy them down and translate them…).

The Hornblower Cruise is not available in winter months (December-April) and will be replaced by other options based on the tour selected.
