After a warm and personal welcome, we set off on a bilingual (English & German) tour that was exceptionally well-prepared and planned—Bernad and the bus driver responded to every individual request with lots of positive energy. Very nice experience! Very organized and highly recommended. We did the journey behind the falls, the tower and the boat ride - so at the beginning it was a little packed, but then you could decide what to do first and there was enough time for everything! I can not praise our driver/tour guide enough, nothing was too much trouble for him. The tour was absolutely brilliant and we even did the additional helicopter ride which was breathtaking. Niagra is amazing experience. Highly recommended!!!

On time communication, very well explained what is included and how it is going to be tackled. Enough time for everything including free time. For sure I would recommend it to everyone.

What to bring

Shoes: Bring along comfortable shoes suitable for walking and sightseeing.

Waterproof bag: Carry a waterproof bag to protect your belongings from the mist.

Electronics: Use waterproof cases for phones and cameras to keep them dry near the Falls.

Additional information

Seasonal cruise: The Hornblower Cruise is not available in winter months and is replaced by another attraction as per your tour.

Facilities: Restroom access is limited, so use the facilities before the tour begins.

Ponchos: Ponchos are provided near Horseshoe Falls, but you are still likely to get wet from the mist.
