My mom and I went on a day-long Niagara tour and it was amazing. The tour guide and the driver were very nice and helpful. Our tour guide Bernard was very friendly and patient and he explained everything very well. There were some minor unforseen issues with the bus early on in the trip, but they were dealt with quickly and thanks to Bernard we lost none of time we could spend at the falls. Both Bernard and the driver were accommodating and punctual and everything was handled really well. Overall a great experience. I absolutely recommend this tour!

Loved it all! Amazing! The tour was organized and efficient. There were clear directions given and it made it a breeze! It was so interesting and magical to see behind the falls... Very powerful! We had a blast getting soaked on the Hornblower cruise! Both of my boys really really enjoyed taste testing the Maple syrup. Highly highly recommend this tour!

Clear and helpful information about the meeting point, provided the day before. Very friendly guide. Quite comfortable bus. A very convenient package for visiting the falls! I would have preferred to skip the stops at the maple syrup factory and the floral clock, but they are necessarily included in the packages.

The weather was perfect. The falls were magnificent . The tour was good but a bit rushed. We had very little time in The Tower. By the time we got up there it was virtually time to get back on the bus. Same with the 'behind the falls ' and the boat ride. Otherwise very good.

Bernad was a great guide and he knew his stuff. The Niagra falls boat tour was an incredible experience and the view from the skylon was definitely worth it! Highly reccomended day trip from Toronto!

Tour was very well organized. Left our pick up place on time and arrived at the falls on time. As we were sitting at the back of the bus we could not hear very well but after we mentioned this to him it was quickly made better. Really enjoyed the falls. Going back to Toronto was again efficient. Bus left on time and arrived back to the city on time. Tour leader was very well informed about the various points of interest along the way. We did find there were a couple too many stops but with children on the bus this was probably necessary. We would recommend this trip to our friends. Thank you for a memorable experience.

The Skylon Tower is very impressive—we loved it, as well as the cruise. I was disappointed by the behind-the-scenes tour of the falls—I was expecting something different—but the day was magical, the guide was very clear, the transportation was comfortable, and we stopped for a tasting of maple syrup and chocolate. It was a wonderful, well-rounded excursion that I highly recommend.

The guide and driver were very friendly, insightful and accommodating. Couldn't recommend this tour more, although I would say if you go for the full package (including helicopter flight) there's a lot to fit in. We are exhausted but had an amazing time

Nice tour. In my opinion, it went by a little too fast... You should have more free time to explore the area after the sightseeing stops because it’s really nice. (But that’s a common practice among all the tour operators there.) A minor drawback is the language barrier and communication. It’s fine that it’s conducted in English, but you could have a bit more interaction to help everyone understand everything better (for example, write down the various times and the different activities and sights, in addition to announcing them verbally, so that those who don’t know English can copy them down and translate them…).
