CoupleVerified booking3 days ago4/5Ok firstly you will not be met by a guide, so get the lift up and then go to queue for the big bus and when you get off bus there is a quide to take your around the craters and view of Etna. Bbut paying to do the skip the line is good as saves you the long queue which builds up- we did first trip up lift and is worth the early start plus weather usually better in morning. Overall good but just don't expect to meet anyone at lift- I've made that clear to operate so hopefully they amend the wording so customers not confused.LLezaud D
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Not having to wait. Being able to go higher up by truck and even higher with the guide, whose explanations were very interesting. Lastly, though you had nothing to do with it: the weather was excellent.AAnne H
