Everything about our experience was great!! From the three young women who served/guided us to the cleanliness of the buildings and paths to the caves themselves. We felt like we were in a mansion with chandeliers when we walked in! Not too many people which was a bonus.

My ticketing experience with Headout was positive: easy to navigate my way around the site & delivery of eticket was excellent. Absolutely loved exploring Ngilgi Caves, seeing & learning about the different formations. Hubby is 84yrs & I'm 68 yrs, yet we managed the steps down & up because of the clever layout with benches to sit on in each resting spot. Because of the quality, we bought gifts in the store as well. Team was friendly & helpful. Honestly, this was the best 2-3 hrs spent and great value in all respects.

Great afternoon experience. We were 65 and my wife 63. She had a stroke 12 years ago and was uncertain if she would cope with the steps, but had a great time. Great handrails to help you climb the steps down and up. Fantastic rock formations. Nice and cool on a hot day. Very informative all the way around. Highly recommended
