Important Information

This package is exclusively available to tourists visiting Malaysia and not for Malaysian citizens or residents.

The passport holder must be at least 12 years old and needs to present at the Tune Talk outlet in Kuala Lumpur Airport for SIM collection and registration.

Collect your SIM Card by visiting the Tunetalk Traveler Store at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in the arrival area between 6am to 12am.

Keep your original passport and visa (if required for travel) on hand for SIM Card redemption.

Fixed IDD rates apply for international calls, starting from as low as 12sen/min. International SMS to any country cost only 15 cents/SMS.

Local customer care is available to help with any concerns you may have. Call 13100 or chat online from 8am until 10pm daily.

Please note that this is not an eSIM, and there is no eSIM option available.

Present the voucher with your original passport and visa (if required to travel) when you pick up the SIM card.
