Everything went smoothly, from the booking to the digital tickets in the app. I recommend the Headout app; it's practical and easy to use. With the app, the e-tickets are available offline. We arrived at the Louvre half an hour before our entry time, which was well worth it given the crowds of people waiting. Headout also sent an email with very helpful information about entering and visiting the Louvre. Unfortunately, this email reached me too late. I can recommend Headout.

Our guide Charlie is highly commendable that I'm so grateful to him. We got lost and unable to find the meeting place. My husband and I gave up and count it as a loss and decided to just go to Eiffel solo. Then Charlie called me and gave instructions to meet him at the Eiffel. The tour started right on time at the meeting point. The tour guide was very polite and shared a lot of interesting facts about the Eiffel Tower. The group got through the entrance gates and security check comparatively quickly. Our guide Charli constantly kept an eye on the small group and coordinated us well. Versailles is totally WOW! Queuing was organised and we went in by our ticket time. Annoyingly although our ticket said audio was included apparently it wasn't and we had to pay €5 for a very outdated listening device. The tour of the palace is very long- the best bits are right at the start and at the end. Make sure you leave plenty of time to visit the gardens- they are incredible. Definitely recommend hiring a golf buggy or bike to visit petite and grande Trianon as they are amazing.

One of the most memorable experiences, I can't say anything negative about this. Ticketing was easy, just show up 15 mins prior to your entry time. Lots to see rich in culture, art and history.. highly recommended. Be prepared to walk a fair bit though, the palace is huge!

Palace of Versailles

Re-entry is not permitted upon leaving the Palace and Garden premises.

Please note that flash photography, high heels, and strollers are prohibited during this experience.

Suitcases and large-capacity bags are not allowed on the Versailles Estate premises. Bags must not exceed 55cm x 35cm x 20cm and must be deposited at the left luggage offices after going through the security check.

Pushchairs, metal baby carriers, backpacks, umbrellas, and any pointed, sharp objects or blunt instruments are prohibited inside the palace and must be deposited at the luggage facilities.

Eiffel Tower

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

Cloakrooms are available free of charge for visitors to drop off their coats, small luggage, and other items subject to a compulsory deposit.

The deposit capacity will be reduced due to ongoing maintenance work in the cloakrooms. Please try and limit personal belongings during your visit.

Cabin-size baggage (56x45x25 cm) is allowed, but valuables are not accepted.

Palace of Versailles

The Palace of Versailles and some of its various areas are accessible to wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.

Pushchairs are acceptable inside of the Palace and are allowed in the Gardens and the Park. However, it is strongly recommended that baby carriers and kangaroo bags be used as much as possible.

Eiffel Tower

The 1st and 2nd floors are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

The summit is not wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Kindly note that tickets can also be purchased through the venue, where pricing for a reserved time slot starts at 22€, subject to availability. Tickets are nominative and they cannot be modified, refunded, or resold.

With the timed access ticket, book a timeslot convenient to you and avoid the long ticketing lines. Expect a 10 to 15-minute or even longer wait time at the security before your experience begins.

Kindly activate and download the audio guide in advance; there is no WiFi and a weak mobile signal at the meeting point.

Please note that the last audio guide rental is at 4pm.

Palace of Versailles

From November to March, entry to the Park and Gardens is free. However, on days with Musical Fountains or Musical Gardens shows (April to October), only children under 6 receive free entry.
