After having been to Paris on other trips, I hadn't had the chance to visit Versailles, and WOW—on this trip I got lucky and I truly loved it! How did I miss out on this in years past? Not only did I like it, but I also got a clear explanation of its history thanks to the audio guide, which was perfect. One of the most memorable experiences, I can't say anything negative about this. Ticketing was easy, just show up 15 mins prior to your entry time. Lots to see rich in culture, art and history.. highly recommended. Be prepared to walk a fair bit though, the palace is huge!

Unfortunately we couldn't meet with your representative due to them having transportation issues. We were offered a partial refund but are still waiting for this. Louvre however did not disappoint. An amazing museum and we just wish we had more time.

Full access ticket worked well for us. La Flotille restaurant was busy, but this did not matter because it ran like clockwork with a superb atmosphere.Great food and flawless service that made for a most enjoyable couple of hours. Excellent.

Versailles is totally WOW! Queuing was organised and we went in by our ticket time. Annoyingly although our ticket said audio was included apparently it wasn't and we had to pay €5 for a very outdated listening device. The tour of the palace is very long- the best bits are right at the start and at the end. Make sure you leave plenty of time to visit the gardens- they are incredible. Definitely recommend hiring a golf buggy or bike to visit petite and grande Trianon as they are amazing.

It's easy and convenient. You don't need an internet connection for the tickets, and the place is beautiful, although I didn't know where the exhibition carriages were. The train is recommended; it helps you not get too tired.

There is no priority access to the temporary exhibitions inside the Louvre. If you miss your scheduled time slot, you must join the line for regular ticket holders.

The visit routes will be signposted, with no possible backtracking to avoid crossing flows. Additionally, re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
