CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5I highly recommend booking your tickets online in advance—it saved us a lot of time! Even though the museum is huge and can seem a bit overwhelming, the layout is well-organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Set aside at least half a day to explore it, wear comfortable shoes, and enjoy all the magic the place has to offer. An absolute must-see in Paris.TThurid M
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5It was easy—there were lots of options and alternatives. Easy to pay—we could keep track of the event we chose and find the tickets on Headout again when we needed them.SSophie A
CoupleVerified booking2 days ago5/5We bought tickets on the fly through the app—it was quick and easy. Once there, everything is organized to keep the line moving smoothly. After climbing the huge spiral staircase... Wow!!! The view of Paris is breathtaking, magnificent, and impressive!! I’ve visited many tourist spots in Paris over several trips, but I’ve never had time to see everything—and even if I’d planned to, I’d always end up just seeing the Arc de Triomphe from the outside. But this is a MUST-SEE!! On the rooftop terrace, the 360° view of Paris is clearly labeled with the names of all the landmarks. Go check it out—it’s a real feast for the eyes; it’s magnificent!! 😍🤩DDe H
CoupleVerified booking3 days ago4/5Thanks to the information you receive in advance when you book, you’ll be well prepared. Plus, you can skip the waitlist at the ticket counter and just go through security. It’s a wonderful experience—from the stops on the mezzanine floor and in the attic room to the rooftop terrace with its sweeping view of the entire city.EEva-maria H
SoloVerified bookingJul 20265/5Alex was a great guide. He was a good storyteller. It was very entertaining. Everything was well organized. We really enjoyed it. The boat ride was lovely, too. Thanks to the audio guide in German, it was easy to follow the explanations.
Louvre Museum
The Louvre is the most visited museum in the world with over 10+ million visitors every year. Once you've entered, feel free to browse through some of the 380,000 exhibits (with 35,000 currently on display) in the Louvre Museum. These are spread over 8 curatorial departments - Egyptian Antiquities; Greek, Etruscan, and Roman Antiquities; Near Eastern Antiquities; Islamic Art; Decorative Arts; Sculpture; Paintings; Drawings and Prints. From Egyptian artifacts that are 4,000 years old to modern works of art from Oriental artists, the Louvre has been the honorary arbiter of our artistic heritage.
Some of the must-sees that you should try to not miss at the museum are Da Vinci's Mona Lisa, Liberty Leading the People by Eugène Delacroix, Michelangelo's The Dying Slave and the Rebellious Slave, the ancient Greek statues of Venus de Milo and Winged Victory of Samothrace, Hammurabi’s Code from 1754 B.C. and much more. As you gaze at these works of art, you aren’t just looking at paintings but emblems of our history.
Arc de Triomphe
The Arc de Triomphe, located in the center of the city is one of the top attractions in Paris. Taking inspiration from the ancient Roman triumphal arch style, this structure stands tall in the center of Paris. The Tomb of the soldier, located at the base of the arch pays tribute to the 1.3 million French soldiers who died in World War I.
These tickets give you access to the rooftop from where you can witness the 12 Parisian Avenues radiate out of the city center! The Arc de Triomphe gives you a different perspective to Paris and is unique in comparison to the Eiffel Tower, and other attractions in the city.
