This was my first time using Headout and it was a success. We chose to book Leaning Tower of Pisa tickets this way because it didn't appear there were any available entry opportunities on the official site - so I was a little skeptical when Headout had times available. I recommend this tour without hesitation; you will go down to a depth of 135 m. And you will see how men and animals worked to extract salt. It will amaze you with its history, vast tunnels, chapels, and lakes... For French speakers, I recommend the guide Marek Czyzowsk (Marc), a great guide who will explain the history and wonders of this mine with a touch of humor for an enjoyable visit. I thank Marek for this unforgettable experience, a huge thank you to him; he brought this tour to life with professionalism and humor, making it a wonderful time. A guide worth his weight in gold. Admission to the site was very easy, but there were 2 very unpleasant things. First: starting a car race at such a site makes absolutely no sense! It's polluting, dangerous, and noisy... Second: it needs to be explained to visitors that the bag storage has a very limited capacity, which limits it only to visitors of the tower, with immediate and mandatory retrieval as soon as you leave the tower. Otherwise, you risk being denied entry to other areas, such as the baptistery, for example.
