SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium

• Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility, Stroller Accessibility

• Assistance animals for people with visual imparities is allowed.

• You can purchase gifts and souvenirs for your kids and loved ones at the venue’s gift store.

WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo

• The attractions consist of talks, feeds, and shows that go on throughout the day.

• Wild LIFE Sydney Zoo allows you to get as close to Koalas as possible, which is not allowed in other zoos in Sydney or New South Wales.

• Please book tickets in advance if you are planning to visit on a weekend or during holidays as these are the busiest days for the zoo, especially the time slot from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM.

Madame Tussauds Syndey

• Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility, Stroller Accessibility

• Note: Pets are not permitted inside the venue.

• Note: Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

• Cameras are allowed in all areas of the venue. However, if you are doing special filming, you are required to contact the press office for permission.

Sydney Tower Eye

• Please be advised that weekends and holidays can be busy. We suggest you allow extra time for your visit then.

• Sunset is the busiest time of day. If you want to catch the breathtaking sunset, be sure to arrive at least 45 minutes in advance.

• All children aged 16 or under must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• For security reasons, no large suitcases are allowed up the Sydney Tower to the Observation Deck. Only small shopping bags or hand luggage are allowed. You can leave your bags with Westfield's concierge service if you need to.

• Sydney Tower Eye is closed on Christmas Day

How to Redeem Your Sydney Attractions Pass

• You will receive an email confirmation with your Sydney Attractions Pass shortly. Download the voucher on your mobile device and display it at the entrance of the attractions. After visiting SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium your pass is valid for 30 days.

• The Sydney Tower Eye is located at Level 5, Westfield Centre, 100 Market, Sydney.

• The closest train stop is Wynyard. It is a quick 10-minute walk to the redemption point.

• Trains #TI, #T2, #T3, and more will get you there.

By Bus

• The closest bus stop is King Street Wharf, Erskine St. It is a quick 5-minute walk to the redemption point.

• Buses #252 and #261 will get you there.
