Payments were quick & easy & car parks were cheap & easy too access, kids loved it, went for our daughters birthday turning 9on 31st July, she had some friends there too, sea life is beautiful, tunnels are magical.

The ligjts were amazing but unfortunately the staff member in the ticket sales for the rides booth was very rude and not helpful at all to all 3 of us who purchased tickets.The rides on the night were delayed due to the possibility of lightening strikes which is understandable but we had travelled from nelson bay and when enquiring about ride tickets her attirude was very rude and unpleasant.not helpful at all she didnt want to be there.
