Salt line tickets very useful especially on weekends, audio guides useful and very detailed, definitely worth the price.

Our guide Haluk was very competent, helpful and friendly. Everything went very smoothly. The fast-lane tickets are absolutely worth the money.

The guide was very knowledgeable but sometimes too much information given for too long standing in one spot. We were able to skip queue for Cistern and Hagia Sophia but not Blue Mosque so spent a long time in the queue. Good to have the half hour break before the last site. My husband lost his headset in the Blue Mosque and we were unable to go back looking for it and we thought 50€ replacement cost exorbitant. Surely an occasional loss is factored into costs and insurance

Being able to skip the ticket line was very good. Sadly, the audio guides just didn't work on either of the devices we had, despite them saying they had been downloaded. We had one excellent guide but one who just seemed bored!

I found the activity to be an immersion in Ottoman Turkish culture. The experience of buying the tickets was excellent. Everything went according to plan, from payment to receipt of the tickets.

The smoothness of the whole process. I want to the booth, and told just to go to the entrance. Then a wonderful two hours spent admiring the majestic view and the gentle descent listening to the audio guide.

I enjoy the palace. I think it was one of the finest palaces I've ever been in. Because it was used recently it's still in great shape with a lovely furniture. The audio guide was excellent. The grounds were beautiful and the breeze off the river felt lovely
