Landmarks in Heraklion

The tour itself is magnificent, but the audio guide on the mobile is indispensable to make it perfect. We enjoyed it very much. The voice was pleasant, the story told with sympathy, and the story she told was truthful and entertaining. Everything was perfect.

Convenience of using the app, and the audio tour on our phones was great. Being able to skip the line and just go through the entrance was worth the price.

Easy to book. Downloaded App and was able to to download tickets to it so easy to open when out without wifi. Bought combo ticket for Knossos and archeological museum. Chose 8am entry got Knossos but was automatically given a 1pm entry got museum - we arrived 10.30am do had to go away and come back 12pm as they wouldn't let us in more than 1hr before ticket time. Both palace & museum fab. X

+ Hôtel magnifique , très propre , nourriture variée et très bonne, personnel très aimable, plusieurs piscines et restaurants, - pas de lit King size, pas de sport football pour adultes, pas d'activité le dimanche et peu d'animation le soir pour les adultes, piscine froide pour l Aqua Park

Great place to visit with information boards around the site, we didn't have a guide but we all enjoyed looking around, our children included!

The site is magical. And the weather is splendid. It wasn't too crowded, and the flow of visitors was quite reasonable, as the visiting hours were fiidogie. The sun was shining down on us, embellishing everything. However, when my daughter got the tickets to book our visit, she bought 4 tickets for two adults and two children, without realizing that the children weren't paying. The information wasn't clear enough on the website. We therefore paid double what we should have. Thank you for your vigilance Claire

Very nice visit, short about 1h because in the end there is no audio in French, just in English or Greek. For the French, it's on the phone and you have to read every step, which isn't very practical with children, a beautiful sun and hands full of cream 😅 however, this place is surprising, it exudes a serene atmosphere despite what it represents. The kids also loved climbing some of the stones, especially the peacocks! I recommend Please note that opening times have changed over the Easter weekend.

Great tour great facilities to purchase a frappe well maintained. Parking near by. Nice info available in front of each site. Only annoying thing is after waiting in line for the bathrooms i discovered I need to pay which is fine 1 euro but i didn't have my purse with me so I lost my spot in line. Post before warning would be helpful I was not the only one.
