The Zoo was really amazing. Being able to get up close and interact with the animals and birds was lovely. We did the Elephant mud fun and it was an experience we will never forget. To get up close with these gentle giants was truly magical. It's something that will stay with us forever. The ticketing process with Headout was easy and straightforward. Bali zoo offered us more then we where expecting. Fun animalt during breakfast and many foto moments. Mud Fun with Elephants was well organized. The zoo in general was nicer then i imagined and the cherry on top was a pool with slides (my child had a lot of fun)

Literally ate breakfast 6 feet away from Septi the Orangutan followed up with an informative & interactive experience mud bathing elephants - truly magical & amazing experience! Also had the opportunity to feed Poppy the lioness - which was an unbelievable once in a lifetime opportunity. We highly recommend Bali Zoo! Terima Kasih x

Fantastic guides to explain info about the elephants and a good sense of safety moving around these magnificent animals. The breakfast and lunch provided was outstanding. Would definitely recommend this experience!

We booked the Bali Zoo Combo Ticket for our family of three, which included Breakfast with the Orangutans and the Elephant Mud Fun experience — and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We arrived at 8am and were greeted with a sumptuous buffet breakfast, set in a beautiful, relaxing environment surrounded by Orangutans, Elephants, and stunning tropical birds such as Eclectus Parrots and Palm Cockatoos. A lovely new addition since our last visit was the chance to feed the rabbits, which my son adored. There were plenty of relaxed photo opportunities, and breakfast wraps up around 9:30am, giving you enough time to wander through that part of the zoo before heading over to the Elephant Mud Fun. A quick tip: wear shoes you don’t mind getting wet, unless you’re happy to go barefoot — footwear isn’t provided and you’ll be in water and mud. The Mud Fun experience lasts about an hour to an hour and a half. You get to feed the elephants, cover them in mud, and then wash them off in the shower area — such a unique and memorable encounter. Afterwards, lunch is served buffet-style with Indonesian dishes. Drinks are available to purchase, and overall the food was pretty good. Once you’re done, you can explore the rest of the zoo at your own pace. The zoo features lions and tigers, and you can even feed the tigers for a small additional fee — something my husband and son absolutely loved and highly recommend. By the afternoon many of the animals were a bit sleepy and not overly active, but that’s expected on a hot day. Another tip: bring an umbrella for shade while walking around. Overall, this combo ticket offers great value, unforgettable experiences, and a beautiful day out for families. Highly recommended!

The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Elephant mud fun experience is not though.

Children under 120cm are not allowed in the fun mud area.

There is no babysitting service available. Children will be left alone in the restaurant during the elephant mud activity.

With Hotel Transfers

Kindly wait at your hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before your pick up time and display your voucher along with a valid photo ID to your tour driver before departure

Hotel Pickups are added available from Sanur, Ubud, Sukawati area (07.00 AM) and **Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Tanjung Benoa (06.30 AM). **

Your pick up time will be reconfirmed in advance. As this will be a shared transfer, please be patient in case of any unforeseen delays along the pick-up route

If you are using Airbnb accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick-up service, you will be picked up from the hotel nearest to your Host’s location
