• Start with an interactive sushi history quiz that gives you context for what you are about to prepare and lets you test your knowledge in a lighthearted way.
• Use the ingredients provided at your workstation to make two types of sushi: first roll sushi and then an authentic Japanese sushi style, following step-by-step guidance.
• Choose a standard gluten-free sushi menu, a vegan or vegetarian sushi menu, or a halal sushi menu, depending on the variant you select at the time of reservation.
• Learn directly from an English-speaking instructor who leads the cooking class, explains techniques clearly, and helps you refine the look and shape of each piece.
• Sit down at the end of the class to eat your handmade sushi so you can taste the results of your work while they are fresh.
