Whale Watching Iceland

Whole group (6 of us) enjoyed this trip—grandparents, teens, all! Crew was knowledgeable, and the captain slowed down whenever someone spotted a puffin close by. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Puffins are soooo adorable in person.

Solid tour. Boat was comfortable, guide answered all our questions. Puffins were mostly far away but saw a few fly right by us.

Took my parents for their anniversary and it was perfect. Puffin tour was relaxing, and we spotted a seal too! Whale watching was magic—saw a humpback and a calf, plus dolphins playing in the waves. Crew was super attentive, even helped my dad with his cane. Loved the emailed photos after. Would recommend for families.

Took the tour with my two kids (7 and 12). Puffins were a hit, especially since the guide had funny puffin facts. Whale tour was a bit long for the younger one, but seeing a whale breach made it all worth it. Crew even let the kids steer for a second. Highly recommend for families.

WOW, just wow. My boyfriend and I are still buzzing. We got sooooo close to a mother and baby whale. The guide knew their stuff and was super patient with everyone’s questions. It was cold but we layered up. Worth every penny.

Booked for a group of friends. The boat ride out was a thrill, but a couple of us got a bit queasy. Whale sightings were worth it though—so close! Staff were patient with us and gave good tips. The boat was packed but everyone got a good view.

The tour was well organized. Our guide was a marine scientist and super PASSIONATE, you could tell. Saw two kinds of whales and lots of birds. The cinnamon buns were more like dense cookies (not bad, just not buns). Boat was crowded, but everyone shuffled around to let people get good pics. Wish the trip lasted a bit longer.

Went on the whale watching trip with my partner and honestly, it was UNREAL. The team gave us these chunky thermal suits (waddling around in those is a vibe). It was misty at first but cleared up and we saw a pair of humpbacks just chilling, flipping their tails. Crew was super chill, explained stuff without making it boring. Hot cocoa at the end was clutch, esp since my toes were practically icicles. Would do it again 100%.
