Couple예약 확인2025년 1월2/5My driver arrived at the wrong hotel, leaving us to wait for over an hour to be picked up. Once we were finally collected and dropped off at the water park, we were told only one of the tickets id been sent were valid. Therefor creating more unnecessary confusion, the driver then had to intervene so we could enter the water park. An overall unsatisfactory experience for the price that was paid.MMahya H

Splash Bands are the only accepted form of payment in Waterbom. You will receive a Splash Band upon entry, and you can top up credits onto the band at the Top Up Counter near the entrance.
