It was amazing journey on Warwick castle, it takes us there through the time to live the whole atmosphere, from the music & the sound speakers to the models to even the war, we really enjoyed that time ends up so fast on there. We loved that even new technology in the tower to see the movie then photos telling the story. Thanks for opening to public.

Our first time using, it was smooth and easy with the audio tour included made it special, The whole tour is absolutely amazing along with the outside events, the birds of prey was excellent . flying very close over your head, highly recommended

Tickets fine. I found the audio tape really hard to manage. We always seemed to be in the wrong place to the audio. When I asked for the Great hall where I was standing it just told me I shouldn't have got there yet. I didn't seem to be able to fast forward. Because it was a co Pant audio the staff were not able to help me. Ticket fine. Audio nil.

I booked, I paid, I received confirmation and told I needed to arrive with printed tickets.. However, I was unable to print out my tickets. It isunclear if this was because the tickets were

I was impressed that as a wheelchair user, I was able to access the Great Hall, and part of the dungeons. I use a manual wheelchair and I managed to push myself around the grounds. Some paths were steep, but there were alternative routes.

Fast and easy entry to the Castle and Gardens with the tickets in the app and lots to do when we got in there. The Falconry display was excellent, we saw it twice!
