The guide had a very engaging style and gave just the right amount of information. She did her utmost to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Also appreciated the flexibility of being able to choose whether or not to participate in the various programs at the scheduled stops. The walking tour of Oxford was especially enlightening.
