The year is 1679 and the Great Plague grips Vienna. In this self-guided exploration game you play Marx Augustin, the legendary street singer who survived a night in the plague pit: solve clues from Ruprechtsplatz and the Griechenbeisl tavern through the medieval lanes of the old town to St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Hofburg, and sing your way out of the darkest chapter in the city's history.

Along the way you solve challenges in the Questo app, learn historical facts and local myths, and discover hidden spots that only locals know and most tourists pass by. The walk covers about 2.6 km and takes around 1 hour, with no time limit.
