Luckily enough, most of it remained unharmed during the second world war - even after most of the country was destroyed. Stroll by the oldest university in Poland and one of the oldest university buildings in the world still in operation, and one of the oldest souvenir shops. You will also get to go inside St. Mary’s Church and marvel at the architectural wonder of its interiors as well.
